1. If you had to eat only one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

oh wow...I don't know...v8 juice (at least it has a variety of nutrients)

2. Do you write your blog posts in advance or the day you post them?

usually just moments before they are posted...

3. Have you ever ridden in an ambulance?

I have twice...once with my now oldest son but at the time youngest child and again in 2004 when I was transferred to another hospital for a higher level of care

4. What is your favorite candle scent?

usually vanilla...but I just got a scentsy warmer not too long ago...I got Vanilla Cream which is a very soft scent (don't really like it since I can't really smell it), Skinny Dippin' which smells pretty good, and my new favorite, Perfectly Pomegranite...mmmm

5. Coffee or tea?

herbal tea...used to be Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime, but the store was out a few weeks ago, so I had to choose a new one...Honey Vanilla Chamomile, also by Celestial Seasonings...O M G...it is so so good!
