(this is from last week...but I missed the link up...here are my answers anyway!)

{one} what color best describes you + why?

I've taken color personality quizzes before...and they always say lavender/purple....

 

{two} how have you changed in the past year?

How have I changed.... I’m discovering who I am, what I like, and learning to be me, whoever that is.  I am standing up for myself and demanding the respect I deserve.  It's not always pretty and doesn't always end well, but I'm learning to set boundaries...I won't be walked on and over anymore. 

 

{three} have you ever had any surgeries?

ever...yeah....first ever was removal of my wisdom teeth when I was 19; then nothing till I was 23 I think when I had my gallbladder removed.  Emergency c-section when I was 32 (or 33...think I had a birthday in there) and then bilateral carpal tunnel release a month apart about 3 years ago.

 

{four} why did you start your blog?

my original blog was begun as a way to share the daily and special event happenings of my family with friends and family who lived afar...this blog in particular was created to participate in these blog hops! 

{five} what are you looking forward to this summer?

doing things with my children (hopefully)...much of whatever we do is dependent on funds, which are a bit scarce

{six} do you have any family traditions for the 4th of July?

cooking on the grill and watching fireworks...

{seven} what’s something new that you’ve tried in the past few months?

blogging for a blog other than my own....I like it for the most part, when I can figure out what to write about

{eight} what is the perfect a/c temperature?

70 - 72

{nine} what was the last movie you saw in the theater?

Eclipse...last summer 

{ten} what song do you think everyone should hear at least once?

good question...I'm not sure...music isn't a one size fits all...certain songs for certain situations and people
