{one} when was the last time you used a pay phone (if ever)?
gosh....i'm not sure I remember....I know I used one in college a few times in the early 90s....but I'm trying to think if I have since then....nothing is coming to mind.
{two} did you ever fail a subject in school?
no...not till college anyway. I went into my college algebra final with a B...and bombed it so bad that I failed the class. It was not required for my degree, but it was required for me to be able to graduate (ie I had to either get a certain score on the standardized test OR pass a college level math class with a B...I took the test twice; missed it the first time by 3 freaking points; took it the second time and would have passed it except they had raised the required score...grrr) I did take a 3rd time after failing the college algebra class.....and passed it thankfully. Graduated with high honors..Associate's degree in Health Information Technology
{three} where do you go to get your favorite hamburger/cheeseburger?
probably backyard burgers....but I'm really more of a chicken sandwich girl
{four} have you ever served jury duty?
I have not, and I'm probably gonna jinx myself by saying I haven't even ever been called to appear for selection. Whew.
I did, however, have an opportunity to spend some time at the courthouse downtown last week...what an experience. Not one I care to repeat. It was work related; I accompanied our interim director....we were delivering medical records for a court hearing; one of the parties attorney had not made it yet, so we had to wait. The criminal court we were in must have been a family court, as many of the cases that were held while we waited were "orders of protection" (aka restraining orders). It was so chaotic...door opening and closing constantly, people in and out during the proceedings....I guess they knew what was going on, but it seemed very disorganized to me. And so many guns. In one room. Three sheriff's deputies for that courtroom alone, plus the other law enforcement persons that were in and out. Crazy. Ironically, this courtroom was on the same floor with traffic court. Who'd have thought?
{five} how old were you when you moved out of your parents’ house?
my then husband and I lived in my parents' house after we got married...when they moved out of town, we moved to our own house...so I guess I was 23-24 maybe.
{six} what is your favorite color to wear?
I have alot of black pants and skirts, and i noticed several pink and several green shirts....
{seven} do you have a pair of shoes that you wear all the time?
oh yeah...i have 3 pair of flip flops I wear (one pair is now strictly for mowing the grass, one pair i got because I needed a pair, and the newest pair are called "fitness flops"...they are by danskin and have a more supportive sole..I like them alot); then I have a pair of black flats I wear to work alot and a pair of clogs I got at a uniform sale last year...I like them alot, but don't have too many pants that are long enough to wear (they have like a inch to inch and a half sole)
Here they are...they cost a pretty penny, but I love them!!

{eight} do you enjoy talk radio?

{nine} if you could turn one unhealthy food into a healthy one, what food would it be?
